What is needed to process the Fideicomiso?
In order for the Bank to request the Foreign Affairs Ministry
permit authorizing the trust deed, the following information and
documentation are required:
A copy of the real estate title or deed.
A copy of the survey plat, indicating surface area and bounds.
Seller's and Buyer's name and address.
Name(s) and address(es) of the substitute beneficiary(ies) in
case of the Beneficiary's death.
The agreed purchase price.
Upon obtaining the permit, the Bank shall proceed to execute
and legalize the trust deed before the Notario Publico.
