What happens in case of the Beneficiary's death?
The beneficiary should appoint a substitute beneficiary or
beneficiaries in case of the Beneficiary's death. This process
will save time and money to your heirs. They will have to show
proper ID and the death certificate to the bank. They will acquire
all rights and obligations from the Trust Contract.
