What is the fee for the Fideicomiso?
Bank Trust Fee: An initial fee plus tax is charged by the trustee
for the trust contract plus a percentage of the property value to
cover for the trustee's services. There is an annual fee to be
covered for handling and services. There will be an increase in
the fee according to inflation rates.
Property Tax ("predial"): Based on the Municipality appraisal
value.
Federal Zone Tax: If your property is right on the beach, you will
pay this tax every year based on the frontage size of the lot.
